ok I forgot these existed at all and it seems last time I said I wouldn't bother doing another but eh thread is here poll is easy may as well do it again

as I mentioned last time a decent portion of my choices were picked out of convenience out of a pool of many more options
so the last half or so of characters and music will change but all the choices are equal to the ones from earlier in most cases
if there was 30 slots to vote (absurd) then my votes would have been exactly the same both times

PMiSS/SoPM and bougetsushou being a single option respectively still too OP so this is almost the same
swapped IN with DiPP because I went from "only likes danmaku four times a year" to "does not like danmaku"

I only ever saw it translated as "Yorimashi Between Dreams and Reality ~ Necro-Fantasia" in the poll results or music uploads
I do not have 15.5 downloaded to check myself but maybe you just have a crusty patch or nobody bothered to fix it or something I do not know

also at least when it comes to registering for voting this was the exact same as last time
I have no idea if any changes to make the poll non-youmyable would result in changes to registering to prevent 300 alternate emails or what but I would expect to see a noticeable gap between second and first place of 9999 or perhaps 99999 votes
this outlier character can then be disregarded and the rest of the poll may be examined as usual

results are there now 
all the new characters sank at least 7-8 spaces as usual since their game is not new anymore
and very unexpectedly youmy is not 1st, not 2nd, not 3rd, but 4th
more points than last year but there appear to be many more voters this time around since apparently this year had 51k compared to last year's 40k and so flan took the win
other than that there is nothing of note but the reign of myon has ended
