You ask "Does Cirno can?" This does not make any sense unless the assumption is made that you are referring to Cirno's personal abilities to play on easy mode. You are Cirno. You also possess a cigar filled with cannabis, also known as a blunt. Therefore, I have reasonable belief that this question applies to yourself, spoken in the third person.

You state in your signature and your profile that you have last played "TouHou on easy mode" on 4/14/2009. The fourteenth of April, 2009, was 4,593 days ago, specifically 110,255 hours, 9 minutes, and 46 seconds ago. You have not played "TouHou" on easy mode for over 11 years. I believe this will prove to be problematic: Let me explain.

Before I continue, let me make the assumption that you have not played easy mode in over 11 years not because you have played normal, hard, lunatic, extra, or phantasm, but because you have not played "TouHou" in over 11 years. I believe this assumption to be true because if you had played "TouHou" on normal, hard, lunatic, extra, or phantasm, it is likely you would have told us when you last played on normal, hard, lunatic, extra, or phantasm instead of easy.
