it is quite alright, since i'm still on break most times are good. if you're still in the states, might be easier to
pick a time when the sun is up as well
and yeah we took a while trying to debug skydrift which i haven't quite finished getting working but will try again at soon. among us will probably have less problems when it's possible since the game has its own servers instead of requiring hamachi

Sorry guys for not setting up something specific. I had to cut my vacation short because of tightening restrictions surrounding travel to Japan (some cases with the new strain was uncovered). Was supposed to have another week in Hawaii but tomorrow is my last day instead. Consequently I've been rushing around trying to do what I need to before I head back.

It will be the 31st when I arrive in Japan (I am leaving on the 30th). I don't know if I'll be able to set anything up before then. Sorry guys.

that's understandable, i had heard a couple months ago that it had become pretty difficult to get in or out of the states because other countries didn't exactly like how poorly it was being managed here
if i expected seven days anywhere and it became one i would rush pretty hard too, hope you can get to everything you need to. can't say that kind of thing hasn't happened to me on assignments before so i kinda get the feeling

i'll still be on break for a while, so just give the word when times are better. i imagine sponge has it good for a bit as well, and while carpet's schedule is an enigma we can probably still find something that works after new year's

I will be honest I thought people were banned from leaving america or something so hopefully if you have time at home that will be much better
some guy I knew went to walmart to buy grape juice or something and got corn virus but he says they gave him a vaccine already
so hopefully these crusty covid conundrums will cease to corrupt our way of living sooner than later it's looking a bit brighter these days
apparently it's the 29th already so I have a while maybe 18 days or so until I have to "return" to school

Yeah it was quite an experience getting back into Japan from the States. Even with the rush I arrived later than I would have liked.

It wasn't an experience I regret having though, it was certainly an interesting time and one for the memories-to-share-catalog.

You are not too far off, although Japan's technically banned travel from everywhere (unless you have documentation to return and have already been in the country before). Yeah I hope so too, sorry to hear about the guy you know, hopefully he's alright. I'm stuck here in self-imposed quarantine for two weeks, really a damper on what I need to do.
