I am very new here and would appreciate some pointers. I don't really come to forums all that often.

I'm Tame Yosima. "Tah-may Yoh-shee-mah" And I'm so happy to be part of the Touhou community. I read the rules and such but until I actually start being a part of things here, I'm not sure I'll know what to do.

Hello and welcome! Where you'd like to begin depends on your interests, Tame. If you like drawing and/or discussing art, the Lunatic Red Museum is the place for you. Got über mad shooter skills that you want to show off or simply want to become better at the games? Go to the Gaming World of Gensokyo and join one of the many discussions going on in there. Play the fighters more than you play the shooters? Play online? We have a huge Hamachi VPN rented by our game moderator: Baron Sengir. If you are more like me and like to discuss the music of Touhou in all of its forms, this is the place for you.

Welcome new dudette (that's a word right?). All you have to know about me is all in my avatar. Hope you enjoy your stay. Oh and I read your name as "Tah-meh Yo-see-mah" instead. It's the whole a=ah, i=ee, u=ooh, e=eh, and o=oh thing I picked up from some Japanese learning vids on Youtube (Nama-sensei to be exact).

My favorite character. Hm... that's a very tough choice, I like so many, but I love the Art of Chen in the Touhouvania game. I suppose, as far as contemporary looks go, I like Nitori the most. And, odd as that may seem, it's only because I tend to focus on personality more than looks.

Though I have seen quite some magnificent art where Alice is concerned. I suppose it's a close toss-up between those two. But I don't like how most people make the color of the eyes mismatched to the style of clothing of Alice.... Oh well, I suppose I'm just nit-picking.

Yes, yes, I love the Touhouvania Chen. =3 I guess my only issue is her mob cap and some people think that's the cutest part so I'm not sure. As well, there are some beautiful modern-style fannart for Chen that are SOOOO CUTE!!

I hope to make many friends online here. My life's a little boring, I could use a place to express my love for Touhou.

I only just got into Touhou but I already know alot of the characters and I even RP as Marisa, Youmu, AND Remilia on Deviantart. Things are slow there... I'd love to get some people interested in roleplaying. Not necessarily here but somewhere, even just on msn... I find it helps open the mind and express parts of the mind one doesn't normally express. You know?

I know I'm going to label myself as a noob by asking this but.... What's up with the "aru"? I feel like it's a reference I should be getting but my mind keeps coming up blank.

*Grins* Oh I don't lose games very often, of any kind. *Chuckles.* Whatever, I'm light-hearted usually. My games are all like Demon's souls and Dante's Inferno, totally not like online-style or Touhou games. So it's all good.

I think this challenge would be more than enough to explain the 'aru's, aru. Otherwise, it's just something I eventually said too much, that it's become a verbal tick. From Hetalia, aru.

I'm not a good artist, mediocre if any. (Many problems to be fixed) but you're also a great artist. Hopefully I can see much more.
